About Deerhoof

With eighteen albums to date that unite experiment and pop in equal measure, Deerhoof unceasingly push the envelope in their search for daring narratives and radical sounds, creating a new common language of revolution. Critically acclaimed, the stunningly prescient 2020s track Future Teenage Cave Artists explored fairytale-like post-apocalyptic visions, fusing intrinsic melodies with absurd digital recording methods. Deerhoof’s latest work, Actually, You Can, is a genre-bending album that administers a potent jolt from the purgatory of capitalism with technical verve and arpeggiated clout. Important: Due to ongoing health problems in the band, Deerhoof requests that visitors to the concert wear face masks. These will be provided at the entrance. Thank you very much for your support!

“Think of all the beauty, positivity and love that gets deemed ugly, negative and hateful by the self-proclaimed guardians of ‘common sense’. We’d hardly be destroying society by dismantling its colonial economics and prisons, its gender roles and aesthetics; we’d be creating it!”

About Radian

Since the late 90s, Radian have been pushing the boundaries between abstract sounds and beat-orientated rhythms, as documented by extensive worldwide tours and festival appearances as well as their seven albums. Their new album, Distorted Rooms, was released in April 2023 and expands on Radian’s unique vision of rethinking conventional forms, patterns and sounds.  With the focus on this album more on gradual developments and repetitive structures, the original instrumentation becomes even more veiled, with moments of abstraction tending to take place on sub- and/or meta-levels. It’s as if the listener is left to choose where to direct their attention within the kaleidoscopic web of finely interwoven, parallel sounds, structures, forms and motifs.
