Food & Drink

Art and good food join forces at the Gasteig. GAiA, the caterers at the Gasteig HP8 site in Sendling, serve delicacies made from regionally sourced ingredients.

GAiA Restaurant

Inspired by Gaia, the Greek goddess of the earth, the catering team at Gasteig HP8 serves a selection of sustainably sourced food and drinks all year round. In the bright, modern atmosphere, the GAiA restaurant on the ground floor of Building K serves up delicacies all day long, from breakfast to late-night snacks. Why not take a look at the varied menu of Mediterranean, regional and vegan dishes when you next visit the Gasteig? Alongside pizza, pasta and risotto, you’ll find a mouth-watering selection of fish and meat dishes here: salted herring, carrot tartare, home-made curried sausage, stewed tomato and quinoa soup – plus, of course, a range of starters, salads and desserts.
