Melli Zech describes her music as a “motley riot of emotions”. The Munich singer-songwriter sings about breaking up and breaking out, about wonderful friendships and about disappointed love. Sometimes tenderly, sometimes angry, mostly in English but increasingly in German, too.

In 2018 she released her first EP, Stories & Fairytales, and – as two signposts on the cover art show – set off from the fairytale forest out into the big wide world. Stops along the way included festival stages throughout Germany, radio premieres at Bayern 3 and her first album, Just A Girl.
