After a pandemic-enforced break of more than three years, the accordion orchestra Münchner Quintenzirkel under the direction of its long-time conductor Max Straußwald and the orchestra’s quintet will once again present classics highlights as well as challenging original compositions for accordion orchestra.

After a pandemic-enforced break of more than three years, the accordion orchestra Münchner Quintenzirkel under the direction of its long-time conductor Max Straußwald and the orchestra’s quintet will once again present classics highlights as well as challenging original compositions for accordion orchestra.

The programme includes the Variations on a Theme by Haydn by Johannes Brahms, the overture to the opera La gazza ladra (The Thieving Magpie) by Gioachino Rossini, La Capricieuse by Rudolf Würthner and works by Engelbert Humperdinck, Astor Piazzolla, Karl Farkas and the Polish Motion Trio.
