ProjektorA compact space, ideal for events such as films and lectures

Description & impressions

The Projektor is located in Hall E, right next to the GAiA Deli & News café. This compact auditorium can seat 97 people, including two wheelchair spaces. The seats are on a retractable tiered platform for maximum flexibility. The result is an intimate space that is ideal for film screenings and lectures, as well as readings, workshops and other events on a manageable scale. The Projektor is equipped with a control or projection room, lighting system and loudspeakers and can be blacked out completely.

The Munich City Library regularly uses the Projektor to give readings and to screen international film series, such as “Cinema International”.

Accessibility: Access via a wheelchair lift in Hall E (if you don’t have your Euro key handy, you can borrow one at the gate to the Isarphilharmonie); two wheelchair spaces; barrier-free WCs on the first floor in Hall E. We will be happy to activate the induction system for the hearing impaired on request. Please send us an e-mail for this purpose. You can find more information about accessibility here.
