Welcome Lahav Shani!
The time has finally come: Lahav Shani is taking up his post as principal conductor of the Munich Philharmonic. We’re exited to start into the new season with him.
This week, he is opening the season together with the orchestra and the outstanding pianist Martha Argerich.
A concert experience at home
If you weren’t able to get hold of tickets for the first three concerts, we have a little consolation for you: The opening concert on Thursday will be broadcast on Friday 18 September at 7.30 PM as a live video stream on ARTE Concert and on Sunday 20 September at 11 AM on BR Klassik.
The video stream will then be available in the media libraries of Arte, ARD and BR.
