Information about the festival
The Kurdish Film Festival Munich showcases films by Kurdish directors as well as productions that deal with the history, culture and social realities of Kurds in both their homeland and the diaspora.
The programme features a diverse selection of feature films, documentaries and shorts as well as a children’s programme in cooperation with Prix Jeunesse. Most of the films are shown in their original language with German or English subtitles.
