Try Boxing – with Leo’s BoxgymMental Health Arts Festival

Boxing is an effective way to work out and relieve stress. Training with a punching bag is an effective way of releasing negative energy. The physical exertion releases hormones that reduce stress and contribute to inner balance. Boxers also learn to overcome boundaries and face challenges, which helps them achieve their goals. And not least, a strong mind boosts self-confidence.

In the course of the afternoon, the team from Leo’s Boxgym will perform three boxing shows. You can also put your name down on site for a short trial session in the ring.

 

Leo’s Boxgym is owned by the former world champion Levent Cukur, who completed over 200 fights as an amateur, was multiple Turkish champion, a member of the national boxing team and Bavarian champion several times.
