His plan to sell the house are scuppered by the young Bethany, whom he meets in a bar and who takes up residence in the house against his will. While the reclusive Terry can’t resist her, her jealous ex-boyfriend Jesse keeps popping up, warning him that she’s toxic. A violent conflict between the two men ensues in the hot Nevada desert.
