In war-torn regions, people have an ambivalent relationship with metal – the material of weapons. When an artist brings his iron sculptures – made of the remnants of war machinery – to different villages, the people are not afraid of them. On the contrary: they take a liking to them. The film observes how the relationship between people, especially children, and modern art develops.
