Singing is fun. Singing is good for your health. Singing is balm for the soul. There are plenty of reasons to treat yourself to an hour of singing with others from time to time.

Singing is fun. Singing is good for your health. Singing is balm for the soul. There are plenty of reasons to treat yourself to an hour of singing with others from time to time.

In the SingMit sessions in the public library in Motorama, the library and singer Anna Veit invite you to devote time to yourself and your voice, to sing along to your heart’s content, learn simple songs, experience the joy of singing canons in harmony, yodel when the urge takes you, or even to use your whole body as a percussion instrument. We don’t use sheet music. Having fun together is what it’s all about.

This event is inclusive and also suitable for people with physical disabilities.

Anna Veit grew up in Lower Bavaria. Following her formative experience on the church organ and the dance floor, she studied at Munich’s University of Music and Performing Arts and at the Music and Arts University of Vienna. She achieved first place in the chanson category in the German national singing competition.
