Olga Cerpa is considered the most relevant female voice in traditional Canarian music. Nominated for two Latin Grammys, she has shared the stage with artists such as Omara Portuondo, Joan Manuel Serrat, Julio Pereira and Milladoiro, among others.
Mestisay is one of the most prestigious musical groups in the Canary Islands. Mestisay, translated as “mix”, mixes diverse influences: traditional sounds of the Canary Islands (through the unique coloration of the timple guitar) with harmonies and melodies of countries that are historically closely linked to the archipelago.
