Munich Symphony Orchestra: Schumann / Mozart / Dvořákfeaturing Tsotne Zedginidze on piano, conducted by Joseph Bastian
At a mere 17 years of age, the Georgian Tsotne Zedginidze has already gained international recognition as a pianist and composer. His mentors include Lisa Batiashvili and Sir Simon Rattle. At his concert with the Munich Symphony Orchestra, he will perform the Jeunehomme Piano Concerto, one of Mozart’s most innovative and spirited works. Under the baton of Joseph Bastian, the Munich Symphony Orchestra will also perform Dvořák’s famous Ninth, which the composer wrote in the New World, during a stay in New York.
