He captivates audiences from the New York Met and the Vienna State Opera to London’s Covent Garden and the Semperoper Dresden. His debut performances at the Salzburg Festival were met with just as much enthusiasm as those in Baden-Baden or his first guest appearance with the Berlin Philharmonic. On 26 February, Jonathan Tetelman made his role debut at Munich’s National Theatre as the title character in Gounod’s Faust. His vocal range and his silvery, lustrous timbre are widely praised, propelling him into the very top echelon of star tenors.
