London-based Georgian pianist Luka Okros performs selected works by Chopin, Scarlatti, Rachmaninoff and Liszt.

Okros has established himself as one of the most promising pianists of his generation. He is already the winner of eight first places at leading international piano competitions and has performed in 42 countries. Described by critics as “intense, powerful and natural, with an impressive creativity,” Luka Okros has earned an international reputation for the passion and enthusiasm he displays in his live performances. In addition to his career as a concert pianist, Okros is working on an album of his own compositions. In 2021, Okros was appointed associate artistic director of Bechstein Hall, London’s new concert hall, which will open in Wigmore Street in 2023.
