A journey to your inner self, their music invites you in equal measure to dream and to shake down in ecstasy. Having come of age up in modern jazz, the trio doesn’t skimp on improvisation, with delicate phrasings on the piano, strings worked with a plectrum, the bass gently bowed one minute and pounded the next, while the drums utilise their full dynamic range, from subtle brush strokes to mighty groove.
