In this workshop, kids and youngsters can learn how to create their own podcast – from the initial idea to the finished episode.
At the Kulturinsel at the Gasteig HP8, we will show you how to use tablets to make sound recordings, hold interviews and capture ambient sounds to convey moods. You will split into small groups to develop your particular topics or explore the question: What does the Gasteig actually sound like? We will do field recording outdoors and talk to people. And you can talk about whatever is on your mind – about culture, the location or about your own life.
You will then edit and cut your recordings and add music and sounds to create your very own podcast. Experienced instructors will show you how it’s all done, step by step, with plenty of practical tips, creative ideas and technical support.
This event continues until 7.30 PM; for ages 10 years and older
Gasteig HP8 regularly hosts free pop-up events in the square “Am Kulturkraftwerk”. These include musical readings, creative workshops, dance and concerts.
