An empowerment workshop for young women and people identifying as female. We need ourselves to stand up for ourselves. The better we know ourselves, the more clearly we can communicate; the more we feel ourselves, the more immutable our Yes and our No become.

An empowerment workshop for young women and people identifying as female. We need ourselves to stand up for ourselves. The better we know ourselves, the more clearly we can communicate; the more we feel ourselves, the more immutable our Yes and our No become.

In a safe, supportive space, we explore what inner strength feels like, both physically and in the mind. It’s all about boundaries, self-awareness, self-empowerment, true connection  – both to ourselves and to others – and having the strength to allow ourselves to be vulnerable. For 25 participants
