The Gasteig trainees’ choice of headline act this year falls on Florian Paul. Based in Munich, the husky-voiced singer’s lyrics deal with life’s grand themes, accompanied by his Kapelle der letzten Hoffnung. Flurin Mück on drums, Giuliano Loli on keys, Nils Wrasse on saxophone and Susi Lotter on bass transform Hall E into a theatre and club all at the same time. A passion for life that defies all absurdities, underpinned with pop and swing.
