“Anxiety was born in the very same moment as mankind. And since we will never be able to master it, we will have to learn to live with it – just as we have learned to live with storms.”

Paulo Coelho

With its loyal and steadily growing fanbase, the five-piece Nuremberg newcomers House Of Anxiety have won the Wallesau-Ist-Blau band contest in 2023, securing a slot at the open-air festival of the same name for themselves. Their single The Burden laid the foundation for their first album, House Of Anxiety, in which they map out the development of anxiety disorder and invite their listeners to explore the different stages of this disorder.
