The German Flute Society is celebrating its 40th anniversary with a major music event at the Gasteig HP8: its Flute Day on 22 November.
The 2025 Flute Day offers a varied programme for flautists, music lovers and people of all ages, from beginners to professionals: concerts, workshops, masterclasses, a grand flute orchestra and many hands-on activities to take part in.
The crowning highlight is the gala concert in the evening, which brings the Flute Day to a close and presents the diversity of music for flute with outstanding performers on this instrument.
With its anniversary event, the German Flute Society is paying homage to its active, committed members and flautists in Germany over four decades as well as looking to the future.
