The Munich concert promises a premiere that transcends boundaries in terms of both music and geography! Eddi welcomes two of his dearest friends onto the stage. And with the first, a piece of music history: Sari (Marc Sahr) and Eddi performed together for almost 30 years as part of the Wise Guys. They were on tour together for the last time in 2025 and their fans know that whenever the two share a stage, harmony and humour are guaranteed.
But this evening also introduces a whole new element of sound, with the Senegalese singer and percussionist Ibou Kalaama. Eddi and Ibou have collaborated since their online concert in 2024, the highlight of which was their co-written song Wir sind Geschwister. With his voice and the calabash, Ibou brings West African soul and driving rhythms to the evening.
In terms of the music, this evening is a blend of wit, groove and great stories – at times thoughtful, at times silly, often spontaneous, but ever genuine. Together with Sari and Ibou, Eddi, Tobi and Jan are guaranteed to put on a concert brimming with energy, verve and plenty of improvisation. No fuss, no frills – just people performing together and captivating the audience.
An evening of music, fun and just the right amount of chaos that stage friendships can bring.
