With voice, acoustic guitar, harmonica and plenty of feeling, Danny interprets the calmer songs of many greats, imbuing them with his own unique flair. Expect an evening with evergreens such as Father and Son, Blowing in the Wind and Leaving on a Jet Plane as well as originals; music, in short, that invites you to relax and dream.
With background stories and anecdotes about the pieces, their composers and the bands that played them, Danny adds a special flavour to every concert. The songwriter is a multiple prizewinner of the German Rock Musicians’ Association, as both a singer and a composer. Danny Streete has released over 20 CDs, both solo and with his band.
For some of the songs, the artist will be accompanied by two outstanding instrumentalists: Alexander Rudyk (violin) was a member of the National Presidential Orchestra of Ukraine for 15 years and now lives in Munich;[DO1] Josef Wanninger (accordion) is a heart-and-soul musician and composer who already performed on stage with his father in childhood and is a member of several other formations.
