The second largest graphic novel festival in the German-speaking world will take place for the first time in the Gasteig HP8.

The second largest graphic novel festival in the German-speaking world will take place for the first time in the Gasteig HP8.

There will be a publishers’ fair in Hall X and on the Generator, while the indie comics scene will gather each day until 5 PM in the foyer of Hall E. Many international artists will be on site to autograph their new titles.

 

Drawing classes and a varied programme of artist talks, lectures and readings round off the programme.

 

The city library in the Motorama is taking part in the festival and will be showing an exhibition of works by the Munich comic artist Frank Schmolke from 1 June.
