The musicians deliver a breathtaking musical extravaganza: entertainment, learning and empowerment in German and English.
In the Klassik rockt Kinder family show, lively melodies go hand in hand with pieces from opera arias and familiar classical tunes as the comedy duo Colin and Rebecca, and singer-songwriter Suli vie for the audience’s attention.
They are supported by an 8-piece orchestra including piano, violin, cello, bass and percussion. And there’s even a surprise appearance from a bagpipe.
In the course of the concert, the kids get to know the Queen of the Night, make the acquaintance of Prince Orlofsky from the operetta Die Fledermaus and are swept away by Beethoven’s Ode to Joy.
