Captivating African songs, enthralling pop harmonies and edgy singer-songwriter pieces alternate with Yiddish folk music and lively Renaissance sounds.
For its first concert after a three-year gap, the choir has selected some musical jewels from its treasure chest of sounds. Choirmaster Franz-Xaver Reinprecht – alias Toni Taucher – arranges most of the pieces for his choir himself and has a weakness for musical contrasts. The audience can definitely look forward to an unusually multilingual concert.
