About the Go Mental! International Film Festival
Go Mental! first tool place in 2021. The festival’s aim is to make mental health visible. Literally. It is a forum in which filmmakers, experts in the fields of psychology and psychiatry as well as film lovers from around the world can meet and participate in the discourse on mental health. The festival provides filmmakers with a platform that empowers them to break new ground in storytelling and explore the many themes around mental health. Filmmakers are encouraged to tackle these difficult, compelling issues to create authentic portrayals that break down stigma and foster empathy.
