The Munich Bachfest celebrates its 100th anniversary! The festival builds on the city’s long-standing Bach tradition, which, especially due to the efforts of Karl Richter, established Munich as an internationally recognised Bach metropolis. A varied programme, created by numerous artists throughout Bavaria, lets us experience Johann Sebastian Bach’s music in a variety of formats.
