crosslink Exhibition: Artists from the HP8 studios exhibit their work

When Aspekte Galerie moved into Hall E in Gasteig HP8, the former industrial building also became an exhibition space for visual art. On the site of the new arts centre, artists have already been working in their studios for a decade. With the presentation of selected works in its “crosslink” exhibition, Aspekte Galerie establishes a direct link between the art being created in the neighbouring HP8 studios and its public exhibition space.

When Aspekte Galerie moved into Hall E in Gasteig HP8, the former industrial building also became an exhibition space for visual art. On the site of the new arts centre, artists have already been working in their studios for a decade. With the presentation of selected works in its “crosslink” exhibition, Aspekte Galerie establishes a direct link between the art being created in the neighbouring HP8 studios and its public exhibition space.
A joint exhibition with works by the participating artists will precede a six-part exhibition cycle in which two artists each will juxtapose their works. The exhibitions are accompanied by guided tours as well as workshop discussions and studio visits.
Participating artists: Wolfgang Aichner, Benjy Barnhart, Martina Kändler, Carolina Camilla Kreusch, Fred Krueger, Christoph Lammers, Nassermann, Saskia Neuhaus, Susanne Pittroff, Sybille Rath, Martin Schneider and Eva Schöffel.
The exhibition will be opened by Dr. Susanne May, program director of the Munich Adult Education Center, on 6 October at 7 PM. Further information at mvhs.de/aspekte-galerie.
