All good things come in threes, and this all-star trio, this reunion of long-standing friends in music, is no exception.

All good things come in threes, and this all-star trio, this reunion of long-standing friends in music, is no exception.

They are Anne-Sophie Mutter, the “undisputed queen of violin-playing” (The Times, London); “superhuman” pianist Yefim Bronfman, who is “famous not only for his spectacular technique but also for the depth of his interpretations” (The Seattle Times); and the outstanding Spanish cellist Pablo Ferrández, protégé of Mutter and one of music’s fastest rising stars. Together they will serve up a programme of breathtaking Beethoven and Tchaikovsky piano trios.
