Following the success of the Florescent and Aurum installations, which are part of the ongoing Optical Flow series, the creative studio We Are Video is now presenting its latest interactive media art innovation in Hall E.
Visitors to Hall E at the Gasteig HP8 can now experience a totally new dimension of digital creativity. The AI Dreamstream installation uses state-of-the-art artificial intelligence to generate interactive AI characters in real time. Enter an artistic fiction and let your body become a paintbrush and movement become inspiration.
Viewers can transform themselves into books as they pass the installation – a homage to that book paradise the Munich Public Library. Movements also transform into musical instruments, each step creating a new visual composition. The book and musical instrument themes alternate every half hour, making for an ever-changing experience.
Moving beyond conventional interaction, AI Dreamstream creates an immersive experience that combines art, technology and human creativity.

We Are Video (in German) is a Munich-based video, lighting and interactive art studio that uses innovative approaches to create immersive experiences by a combination of art and technology. They create spaces in which art can not only be viewed, but actively shaped and experienced.
